What did you study at UC Berkeley?
I studied a whole range of disciplines, from computer science to city planning to marketing. My degree is in Social Welfare. What matters is that I learned how to learn at UC Berkeley, and how to do good in this world.

Anybody can make a website. I make websites that matter.
Why do you use Python/Django?

Python: I prefer using enterprise-grade tools. Not hack jobs like Ruby. C# is acceptable, but isn't my platform of choice.

Django: I'm a big fan of the pink pony. Django is a huge productivity booster, it's well-maintained, it's well-documented, and I feel it suits my coding style well. As of October 2010 my involvement with Django has also earned me a place as a committer.
