Strike Awe Launched!

Posted March 1, 2010 by Gabriel Hurley

As of March 1st, Strike Awe is officially open for business!

Design: The design is a long time in the works, and features lots of new CSS3 techniques. It looks great in up-to-date browsers such as Safari 4+, Chrome 4+, or Firefox 3.6+.

Code: The codebase is version 1.5 of Valhalla—the custom CMS written by Paul and I based on Django and Python. It's really come a long way and is serving some very cool sites now. Valhalla will have its own website shortly.

Inspire: The goal for Strike Awe is to be both interesting and entertaining, and to inspire potential clients. This is my business and my passion; I intend to keep growing it!

To that end, be sure to pass on this URL to anyone in need of creative help! I also have cards available if anyone would like a few to hand out (or hang onto). Get in touch with me by any of the usual means if you'd like some.

That's all for now... Enjoy!

For anyone who's curious, my previous blog, gabriel.zeropeople.com, will be slowly phased out over the next few weeks. All its content has been migrated to Strike Awe.
